On a personal note and what goes on behind the scenes:

Last week thursday i celebrated a small victory of losing 13kg in bodyweight over the course of little over 2.5 years.
Reason being as some of you might know, being hospitalized in 2022 with a TIA with dangerously high bloodpressure caused by sleep apnea weighing 95kg, that was a very hard reset.
On the doctors’ and specialists’ advices i was recommended to lose weight to relieve pressure of the internal organs and extend overall life-span.

A big role playing in this weightloss journey has been strength training at @krachtlab with the help of their skilled coaches.
End of last year @johnny.krachtlab stepped up to my plate and suggested a weightcut to get maximum results that showed its result last week.
Focusing on which foods to eat, taking daily steps between 8k-12k, doing strength training twice a week, sleep enough and talking about how to maximize my daily life as a tattoo-artist, father, husband and my own self.

I’m feeling better than ever so i am glad i took the necessary actions to be on this journey and trusting its process.
I am certainly not a fit boy/fitfluencer nor is this a sponsored post, just my personal experience and progress.
